UPAYA PENGUATAN PENILAIAN AFEKTIF DAN PSIKOMOTORIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS EVALUASI PEMBELAJARAN DI SDN 175758 HUTAGURGUR
Abstract
This study aims to improve the quality of learning evaluation in elementary schools by strengthening affective and psychomotor assessments. The research was conducted at SDN 175758 Hutagurgur, North Tapanuli, using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through classroom observations, interviews with fifth-grade teachers, and supporting documentation. The results indicate that affective and psychomotor assessments are not optimally implemented due to limited teacher understanding, high workloads, and the absence of standardized assessment instruments. Improvements were pursued through teacher training, simplified assessment formats, and school policy support. This study recommends that non-cognitive assessments be conducted systematically to support the holistic development of students' character and skills.
